We are seeking to recruit for: Call Center Representatives

Responsibilities:
  • Be the first point of contact for customers by answering incoming calls and handling customers’ queries in a professional, courteous and timely manner
  • Troubleshoot and solve customers’ technical related issues
  • Promote and sell the Company’s products and services; provide guidance to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those products/services best suited to their needs
  • Make outgoing follow-up calls to customers
  • Maintain timely and accurate records in the relevant software applications
Requirements:
  • Exceptional customer orientation and patience; experience in a service environment would be an advantage
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure, multitasking, time management & organization skills
  • Excellent literacy, verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent computer skills in MS Office -
